Marika Dawe - Founder & CEO
With over 35 years of entrepreneurial experience, Marika has built a distinguished career at the intersection of health, wellness, and beauty. Well known consultant to spa owners throughout the US & Canada. Her lifelong passion for health, beauty, and enhancing the quality of life is the driving force behind her leadership. As CEO of our MedSpa, She is rooted in trust, care, and excellence, offering cliens ageless experience that blends innovation with heartfelt service. Known for her relentless work ethic and visionary mindset, Marika continues to raise the standard for what it means to feel and look your best at every stage of life.
Dr. Ken Stiver - Medical Director
Dr. Ken Stiver is highly qualified and has worked with emergency physicians for many years. Dr. Stiver was born in Detroit, Michigan, and attended the University of Michigan for undergraduate studies and medical school. He graduated from Medical School and trained in general practice at St Joseph Hospital, Denver, CO. Dr. Ken Stiver was Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, ran his group of emergency physicians for many years, and primarily practiced at St Joseph Hospital in Eureka, CA. During that time, he served on many hospital committees and held medical directorships at several local medical care facilities, including skilled nursing and psychiatric care. Following his clinical practice, he became the first Chief Medical Officer at St Joseph. He was also Medical Director of North Coast EMS, a multi-county agency overseeing prehospital care in a three-county region governed by a Joint Powers Agency. Dr. Stiver helped form and participated in a statewide organization of EMS medical directors for many years. He continues his interest in medicine and is excited to share his wealth of knowledge. Dr. Stiver strives to bring healthy living and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy through his Wellness Program memberships.
Dr. Carlos Montiel - Medical Director
Dr. Carlos Montiel specializes in travel medicine, medical procedures, and aesthetic medicine. Dr. Carlos Montiel’s medical career specializes in caring for patients of all ages, and he is interested in giving his best for the patients. He is double-boarded by the American Board of Family Medicine and the College of Family Physicians of Canada. He also obtained certificates of training from the Canadian Board of Aesthetics Medicine, which oversees Aesthetic Medicine Courses.
Isabel Choffel - Registered Nurse
Lead Aesthetic Registered Nurse at M.D. MedSpa & Wellness Centers. With over 6 years of experience, she has dedicated her career to helping clients achieve natural, balanced results they feel confident in. Isabel specializes in injectables and advanced cannula techniques which allow for smoother placement, less bruising, and more refined outcomes.
Emily Jones - Registered Nurse
Emily is a registered nurse with 6 years of healthcare experience and 10 years of experience in aesthetics. Emily is dedicated to blending science, artistry, and individualized care. Emily focuses on achieving natural, balanced results while building lasting relationships founded on trust, education, and exceptional patient care.
Harneet Kaur - Nurse Practitioner
Board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in the medical field since 2017, caring for patients across a variety of clinical settings. Brings a stron clinical foundation and a passion for aesthetics, focused on helping patients look and feel thier best through safe, thoughtful, and personalized treatments. Harneet believes in enhancing natural features that the most beautiful results are subtle, balanced and tailored to each individuals unique features, goals, and lifestyle. Harneets goal is to consistently deliver safe, high-quality, natural-looking results, in a welcoming environment where every patient feels heard, comfortable and empowered throughout their aesthetic journey.
Madeline Ramos - Registered Nurse
Hi, I’m Madeline! I’ve been a Registered Nurse since 2012, specializing in Neurosurgery & ENT Surgery, and most recently, Cosmetic Plastic Surgery. Working alongside a plastic surgeon during facelifts, blepharoplasty, and liposuction deepened my understanding of anatomy, precision, and the natural contours of the face. My passion for aesthetics led me to advanced training in facial anatomy, Botox, and dermal fillers, including the CBAM Master Injector Program, with continued education in regenerative aesthetics and skin rejuvenation. When you sit in my chair, I want you to feel heard, comfortable, and never rushed. I’ll take the time to understand your natural features, concerns, and goals, then create a personalized treatment plan focused on subtle, balanced, natural-looking results. My approach is simple: enhance, don’t change. I want you to leave feeling refreshed, confident, and most importantly, still like you.
Kristal Allberry -Master Esthetician
Kristal is a licensed Master Esthetician with over 7 years of experience in aesthetics. Kristal is our lead esthetician at M.D. MedSpa. Specializing in medical lasers and microneedling, allowing her to treat a wide range of skin concerns with advanced technology. Kristal is passionate about delivering real results and helping clients achieve healthy, glowing skin.
Echo Wood - Esthetician
Echo is a licensed esthetician with over a year of experience in aesthetics. Echo is certified in a variety of treatments including, eyelash extensions, lash lifting and tinting, brow lamination and tinting, dermaplaning, and waxing. Echo believes in creating a personalized experience that helps clients achieve healthy, glowing skin while giving you time to relax and recharge.
Sage Molnick - Receptionist
Hi, I’m Sage, a Customer Service Specialist at M.D. MedSpas & Wellness Centers. I love connecting with patients, helping them feel comfortable from their first phone call to the moment they leave their appointment, and beyond. I am committed to providing exceptional customer care and creating a positive experience for every guest. I love being part of a team that helps people look and feel their best!
Kenna Dunivin - Receptionist
Hi, I’m Kenna, and I’m the receptionist here at M.D. MedSpa & Wellness Centers! I love being able to welcome our patients, get to know them, and help make their experience feel comfortable and positive from the moment they walk through the door. I’m currently pursuing my education in aesthetics and will be graduating as a Licensed Master Esthetician in January 2027. I have a passion for skincare, beauty, and helping others feel confident in themselves, and I’m so excited to continue learning and growing in this industry.
