We require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. If you do not show for your appointment because you've either cancelled or rescheduled our company looses money and other clients didn't have the opportunity to book their appointment at that time as well.

It depends on the treatment. Neurotoxins, fillers, medical facials, and lash extensions have minimal to no downtime, most people return to normal activities right away. Microneedling, IPL, chemical peels, and laser treatments may have 1–7 days of mild redness, swelling, or peeling. Deep erbium resurfacing or stronger peels can take up to 2 weeks. Your provider will give you clear aftercare instructions.

Results vary by treatment. Neurotoxins last 3–4 months, dermal fillers 8–14 months (sometimes longer). Microneedling and laser treatments improve gradually as collagen builds. Laser hair removal gives permanent reduction after a full series (typically 6+ sessions). Chemical peels refresh skin for about a month, with a series giving deeper, longer-lasting results. We'll map out a maintenance plan so your results last.

They're both injectables, but they do completely different things. Neurotoxins (like Botox) relax the muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles, the lines you see when you smile, frown, or raise your eyebrows. Dermal fillers restore volume, plumping lips, lifting cheeks, smoothing folds, and refreshing your look. Many patients benefit from both. We'll help you decide what's right for your goals.

Most patients need 6 or more sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart for permanent hair reduction. The exact number depends on your hair color, skin tone, and the area treated. Laser hair removal works best on dark hair and lighter skin; it's less effective on blonde, gray, or red hair. We'll assess your skin and hair at your consultation and build a plan tailored to you.

Microneedling uses fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin, triggering your body's natural collagen production. It's excellent for improving fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores, stretch marks, and overall skin texture and tone. Results build gradually over a series of sessions, and skin keeps improving for weeks after each treatment.
